The discovery call
Schedule a Discovery Call
You leave knowing what is blocking patients and what to do first, whether you hire us or not.
- 30 minutes
- Plain language
- A roadmap, not a pitch
Call, write, or use the form. All three reach the same people.
Tell us what feels blocked
Five fields and a note. We read it before the call so the half hour starts at your actual problem, not at introductions.
Whatever you send is used to prepare your call and for nothing else. No mailing list, no drip sequence.
The half hour
What the call covers
- Minutes 0 to 10
Your site, on a phone
We open your site on a phone and read it together. The way a patient finds it, on the device they use. We note where the path to booking breaks.
- Minutes 10 to 20
Where patients look
We check how you appear on Google, maps, and AI answers. Search results, your maps listing, and what AI assistants say when someone asks who to see.
- Minutes 20 to 30
The first three fixes
You leave with the first three fixes, in order. Written down and ordered by what matters most. The list is yours either way.
The promise
A roadmap, not a pitch.
You are not booking a sales call. We read your site, your search presence, and your listings with you, then write down the first three fixes in the order they matter.
- 30minutes on the call
Plain language throughout, and it ends with something written down.
- 3fixes you leave with
Ordered by what matters most, and yours whether you hire us or not.
- 0follow-up sequences
We reply to set a time for the call, and that is the whole of it.
- 30 minutes
- Plain language

- No slides, no jargon
- No follow-up sequence
- The list is yours either way

Before you book
Whether you hire us or not
You leave knowing what is blocking patients and what to do first, whether you hire us or not.
There is no follow-up sequence behind this form and no scripted close on the call. You ask, we answer, and you keep the list.
What this form asks for
- Your name
- Your practice and specialty
- A way to reach you
- A few sentences about what feels blocked
And what it never will
- Anything about a patient
- Anything about someone's care
The note field is for what is slowing your practice down.
The limits, stated plainly
- There is no HIPAA certification for an agency or a platform to hold, so we claim none.
- No vendor can make a practice compliant.
- We are not attorneys and this is not legal advice.
What we can do is build the parts we control so they never need patient health information, and write down what each service collects and where it goes, so your privacy officer or your own counsel can check it rather than take our word for it.
All of it is published rather than summarized: what the measurement holds, which services will sign an agreement and which will not, and the list of things we deliberately do not collect. The questions doctors ask most often are answered on the FAQ.
