These are the terms for using TallBunnyMD.com, the website of TallBunnyMD, a digital growth studio built for medical doctors and healthcare practices across the United States. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only.

An informational site, not medical advice
Everything on this site describes marketing, websites, and measurement for medical practices. None of it is medical advice, and reading it creates no doctor-patient relationship and no client relationship. If you are a patient looking for care, please contact a practice directly.
And not legal advice either
Parts of this site describe how we build for the rules that apply to medical practices: privacy, patient data, accessibility. That material describes our engineering, and it is not legal advice. We are not attorneys, reading it creates no attorney relationship, and we do not tell a practice what the law requires of it.
There is no HIPAA certification for software or for agencies, so we claim none, and no vendor can make a practice compliant. Decisions about obligations belong with your own counsel or privacy officer, and we give them the written record they need to make those decisions. What we do describe, and what you can hold us to, is on the compliance page.
Client work runs on its own agreement
Hiring the studio happens under a separate written agreement that both sides sign. That agreement, not this page, governs scope, fees, timelines, and who owns the work. Service descriptions and pricing on this site are information, not a binding offer.
Using the site
Use the site normally. Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
Names, marks, and content
The design of this site, its text and drawings, the TallBunnyMD name and bunny mark, and the PulseTrack name belong to the studio. Do not reuse them without written permission. Anything you send us through the contact form remains yours.
Links elsewhere
Some links lead to sites we do not run. Their content, their policies, and their terms are their own.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, current, and available, and we do not guarantee any of the three.
