What the price buys

One system. Every surface a patient checks.

The tier decides how deep and how often we work the system. It never decides which parts of it you get.

  • $795plans start at

The Pulse plan, monthly. Ad budget is separate, and always yours.

  • 4plans, one system

Pulse, Stride, Apex, Summit. Depth and cadence rise; the system stays whole.

  • 4inclusions in every tier

Custom website design, SEO, social media, and PulseTrack.

Included in every plan

All four, in every tier

Nothing on this list is an upgrade or an add-on. The system ships whole, from the first tier up.

The floor

$795/mo

The Pulse plan already carries all four. The tiers above it change depth and cadence, never the list.

  • Custom Website Design

A patient-first site, designed and built for your practice.

  • SEO

Search and maps presence for the care patients look for nearby.

  • Social Media

A presence that reassures patients before they ever call.

  • PulseTrack

The monthly report in every package. Apex and Summit add the live dashboard, with your Google and Meta figures beside your inquiries.

All four ship from Pulse, at $795/mo

How much writing ships, as a count you can hold us to.

The tier sets the depth and cadence of the work, not a fixed checklist. Final scope is set together on the discovery call, in plain language and in writing. Article counts are what we commit to writing; publishing waits on your approval, because your name goes on anything clinical and reviewing it is the one part we cannot do for you.

Ad spend

Ad budget is separate, on purpose

If we run paid patient media for you, your ad budget goes to the platforms directly, Google first. It is separate from and additional to any plan.

The plan pays for the work. The budget buys the ads. Bundling the two hides what each is doing, and this studio is built on measuring things plainly.

What you pay us

The plan, flat and monthly

It pays for the work: the site, the search presence, the social presence, and PulseTrack, run and maintained at your tier.

It buys the ads themselves, Google first. We recommend a starting budget on the discovery call, sized to your market and your goals.

What the price covers, what the ad budget does, and what actually changes as the tiers rise.

Setup is set on the call, in writing

  1. What does every plan include?

All four plans include custom website design, SEO, social media, and PulseTrack, our tracking and ROI platform. The tiers differ in the depth and cadence of the work, not in what the system is.

  2. Is ad budget included in the monthly price?

No. Ad spend goes to the ad platforms directly and is separate from and additional to any plan. Keeping it separate means our fee pays for the work, and you always see exactly what your budget buys.

  3. What actually changes between tiers?

Three things: how often content ships, how many channels we actively manage, and how many providers and locations the work covers. Higher tiers run the same system at greater depth and a faster cadence.

  4. Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Practices grow, add providers, and open locations, and the plan should follow. If your needs change, we adjust the tier together on a call.

  5. Is there a setup fee?

Setup depends on the scope of the initial build, so it is set on the discovery call rather than printed here. Whatever it is, you see it in writing before you commit to anything.

  6. Does a plan cover patient privacy and accessibility?

Accessibility is a build gate here, not a line item: we build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and test every page before launch. On privacy, we design measurement that never needs a patient's name or condition, and you get a written record of what each service collects and where it goes. There is no HIPAA certification for agencies or software, so we do not claim one, and no vendor can make a practice compliant. Your own counsel or privacy officer should review anything that touches patient data, and we give them what they need to do it.

  7. What happens on the discovery call?

Thirty minutes, in plain language. We look at how patients currently find your practice, show you what is blocking them, and leave you with a roadmap you can act on whether you hire us or not.
